Warranty Policy

Your Kopfjäger tripod is warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship by a 1 year limited warranty on mechanical parts, and all Kopfjäger Reaper assemblies and products are covered under a lifetime warranty.

In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or improper handling. Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than Kopfjäger. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid if the product is registered in 30 days or if the date of purchase is within 1 year.

Can I return a Kopfjager product for a refund?

Yes, but it must meet specific qualifications:

• Purchased from us directly
• In new condition
• Postmarked within 15 days of receipt
• A restocking fee can be incurred. This cannot be waived. 
• Approved via Return Authorization

Due to international laws, Kopfjäger products out of the United States are covered under a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated by law.
