Standard Warranty – 5 Years
- All KJI products are backed by a Five-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage begins from the date of original retail purchase. If something breaks that shouldn’t, we’ll repair it or replace it with an equal or better product.
- Legacy products are covered by a 1-year warranty.

Precision Lifetime Warranty – With Registration
- Register your product within 30 days of purchase and we’ll upgrade your warranty to lifetime coverage

International Warranty – 5 Years
- KJI products purchased outside the United States are protected by a Five-Year Limited Warranty. Lifetime coverage is currently only available for U.S. purchases with valid registration.

What’s Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Mechanical part failure under normal use
- Replacement or repair based on KJIs discretion

What’s Not Covered
- Cosmetic wear or surface damage that doesn’t affect performance
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect

Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic changes that do not impact the functionality of the unit do not invalidate the warranty
- Lost or stolen items
- Failure caused by third-party accessories or improper installation
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If it’s outside standard coverage, we’ll still do our best to make it right.

Proof of Purchase Required
- A receipt, invoice, or warranty registration code is required to verify coverage.

How to Submit a Claim

- Submit your product info, proof of purchase, and description of the issue
- Wait for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping anything

Legal Terms
- Warranty applies only to the original owner
- Coverage is non-transferable
- KJI is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from product use

It is recommended that if your product value is $0-$999.99 you may choose any carrier to ship your return. KJI is not responsible for shipments that are lost or missing.
It is recommended that if your product value is $1000 and above, please use UPS or Fedex to ship your return. KJI is not responsible for shipments that are lost or missing. It is recommended that shipments are sent with signature confirmation.
Can I return a KJI product for a refund?
Yes, but it must meet specific qualifications:
- Purchased from us directly
- In new condition
- Postmarked within 15 days of receipt
- A restocking fee can be incurred. This cannot be waived.
- Approved via Return Authorization

Due to international laws, KJI products out of the United States are covered under a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated by law.
