What if my Tripod or Accessory System is Broken?

We do not manufacture or assemble the tripods at our distribution facility, so we cannot ship out any parts other than those listed on our site. 

The warranty on all tripods is 1 year from the date of purchase. If your Tripod is broken or missing any parts other than what we offer, you will need to send it in for warranty service. You should submit a Return Authorization form to get the process started.

However, Reaper Grips and Reaper Rails are assembled in-house and thus carry a Lifetime Warranty.
